The museum of Heydar Aliyev was established on the 18- th of February 1999 according to the decree № 21- 01/S of the speaker of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and it legan its activity on the 10-th of may 1999. 3765 exhibits are gathered in museum foundation reflecting the life and activity of national wide leader Heydar Aliyev. In the middle of the exposure hall is placed H. Aliyev′s bust of white marble. In the first section of the museum are placed the portrait ″President Heyder Aliyev ″ pointed with oil-point on the linen, photographs taken in different periods, documents, map and posters. In the second section are put the oil- lamp, the offiral telephone, the pencil-box and the stool used by national wide leader Heydar Aliyev in his cabinet when he was a leader of Naxhchivan AR in years 1991- 1993. In the third section are demonstrated the copies of different state rewordings, stamps and medals published in honour of the 75. and 80. anniversaries of the national wide leader Heydar Aliyev, his memorial things. The fourth section consists of the carpets woven in honor of honorable Heydar Aliyev. The personal possessions of the national wide leader Heydar Aliyev demonstrated in the fifth section are in the row of the most valuable exhibits of the museum.All these and another exhibits demonstrated in the museum: decisions and decrees adopted by great leader, signed reports and contracts, letters and telegram’s sent to the national wide leader reflect different moments of the honorable way and create a bull idea about Heydar Aliyev oglu Aliyev′s rich statehood and public- political activity.
