Tusi-Bohm PlanetariumThe Tusi-Bohm Planetarium is the first of its kind equipped with the technologies of the latest generation in Azerbaijan. The Planetarium allows the visitors to travel to the depth of the space by a 10-meter screen through 2 very powerful and accurate projectors running on the basis of 8K principle. The station is open to all age groups and carries the functions of source for awareness and knowledge for people. The software of the Planetarium allows traveling to any given part of the sky at any given moment, observing the processes of million years shortened to a few minutes, and preparing related movie, show, and tours. The films, cartoons, space travel, and documentary movies are also demonstrated here. At the Planetarium, along with documentary films of scientific basis, there are organized special show programs prepared by the head of the leading excursion guide as well. The capacity of the Planetarium is 58 viewers. The films are demonstrated in native Azerbaijani language, and in several foreign languages.
